Jodi Moskal

Jodi Moskal is the Business Development Manager for Oxygen Technical, a locally owned company that provides outsourced technical support, network protection, backup solutions and hardware for businesses across Canada. Previously she co-founded MOSKAL electric, a contracting business she ran with her husband for 20 years.

She’s a licensed electrician and a certified network cable installer. Through speaking events and mentoring one-on-one, she is an advocate for bringing women into the trades and supporting them through their careers. She also holds a seat on the Leadership Council for Tech Manitoba’s MAVEN initiative which is focused on attracting, retaining and advancing women in Manitoba’s tech sector.

Jodi is a respected leader and figurehead in the Winnipeg community. She maintains a strong, positive presence for herself, the organizations she represents and the City of Winnipeg.

She is an active supporter of community and industry associations, schools and charities. Jodi was honoured to serve as the Chair of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce in 2013/2014 where she focused on strengthening business relationships with the City of Winnipeg and the Province of Manitoba as well as worked to promote the Chamber’s BOLD Winnipeg initiative. She was the first female Chair of the Electrical Contractors Division at the Winnipeg Construction Association and is currently a Mount Carmel Clinic Foundation Board member.

In her role at Oxygen, Jodi is committed to setting the bar for corporate citizenship in Winnipeg. Kerry Mealey Holmes

Kerry beleives that “Curiosity is the foundation of learning, and learning is what helps us to become who we were meant to be”. Constantly striving to build wonderment and wellness in others is what excites Kerry about her work and her life. A continuous learner herself, Kerry has a background in broadcasting and production, is a seasoned curriculum developer, Essential Skills practitioner, polished public speaker, corporate trainer, long-term wellness and yoga teacher, and soon to be Master Certified Civility Trainer.

With over 10 years field experience, Kerry understands that building trust, creating environments where people feel safe to engage and to ask questions is what it takes to bring awareness to her participants. Having patience and flexibility to adapt to various learning styles, personalities, and contexts has enabled Kerry to earn a reputation for delivering training that changes how people think, how they interact, and how they work.

Whether on or off the (yoga) mat, Kerry knows that creating alignment in intentions, behaviours, and attitudes is what makes someone credible and trustworthy. “Communication is everything!” As a trained yoga professional, Kerry truly believes that yoga is for everybody and every BODY. As the driving force of The Story Source, Cate Friesen helps you discover and tell your essential stories, the ones that will move you forward, and inspire others to act with you. She brings together over 25 years of experience as an award-winning CBC producer, documentary maker, entrepreneur, and performer to inform her practice as a story practitioner, facilitator, trainer and keynote presenter. Cate coaches leaders in developing their signature stories and with organizations to discover and develop stories of impact. She co-leads the training for The Winnipeg Foundation’s highly successful capacity-building program, Fast Pitch, and is an instructor in Oral Communications at UWinnipeg’s PACE program. As a lifelong learner, she is currently studying Public Narrative at Harvard Kennedy School. She is a soccer playing mom and a board member for West Central Women's Resource Centre and Girls Rock Winnipeg.
