Professionals and organizations are vetted by their customers who volunteer to assess and verify credibility metrics. To validate and receive your credibility designation, the professional and organization must achieve five evaluations of credibility.

How long does the entire Certification process take?

The entire process can be done in 4 weeks. It takes about a week to set up the survey, two weeks to run the survey and a week to analyze and deliver results and recognition materials. All materials are digital.


Is the survey confidential?

Yes, the survey is confidential we post the trusted rating when there is an 80% passing grade.


How is the survey administered?

We send unique survey links to all email addresses you share with us, and we collect the responses online. The survey takes up to 30 minutes to complete.


What happens after the Certification expires?


Once the certification expires, you will not be able to display your Certification badge or use the recognition materials and you will not be considered for awards, merits, and credibility lists. To retain your Certified status, you’ll need to conduct a credibility survey every 12 months. To show the validity of your recognition all brand recognition materials have a valid until a date to show clients you are current.


What happens if we don’t get Certified?

We keep results completely confidential. If the trusted score is 79% and lower corrections must be made by the business or professional. A retest by the survey is given in four weeks. You remain as a candidate until you pass. Your trusted score will not be disclosed or any recognition brand materials have given until you pass.  While it's disappointing not to pass, going through the process is still extremely valuable. You gain the benefits of client feedback and can use our helpful reports and analytics to gain actionable insights about your business. We have credibility coaches that will outline a plan to give you expert support along the way. And try again in four weeks.

Is there a cost to retest?

Each professional and organization receives one free retest. All other retests and updated reports cost $500.00 plus GST
